alex thomas-haley and brandi thomas-dotter, co-founders of XS Real Estate Advisors are two sisters who have grown up in Colorado. spending their formative years in Boulder spoiled them with views of the flatirons and the ability to walk to almost anything.
Brandi Thomas-Dotter
brandi graduated from the university of denver with a degree in international business then quickly worked for and was promoted within IT consulting, working as a project manager for the department of defence deployments. brandi excels in assisting buyers with custom home purchases and designs - with her ability to coach her clients through the process. brandi currently lives in frederick with her husband and sons.

Alex Thomas-Haley
alex, too, is a university of denver alum with a BS in real estate/construction management. spending 5 years working for one of the largest private general contractors in the state of colorado taught her about land development and working with national home builders. prior to becoming a real estate agent, she underwrote business loans which gives her the unique ability to help her buyers understand and obtain financing. she is a licensed real estate agent as well as mortgage loan originator. alex currently lives in frederick with her husband and daughters.
